Hey, fun to get a reaction from someone living on the other side of the globe. And to answer your question: Open the test-tubes every day for activity. If you notice any CO2 production, you can pour it into a small bottle of malt extract after around 3 days. (If it smells good). Cheers, and keep on brewing!
