Capuchin monkeys checking out the Pumpkin Patch!

Continuing with our halloween celebrations, we just LOVE this video of Franco's group exploring the pumpkins in their enclosure! The team dotted lots around the enclosure- some just contained pumpkin flesh wihilst others were filled with mealworms and juice, keeping the guys interested in exploring every single one! This is a longer video, so settle in and watch these cappies busy foraging, just how they would in the wild... albeit not with pumpkins!

Great set up to stimulate their curiosity and problem solving abilities. Lovely to see them displaying their natural behaviours unlike their poor cousins kept in domestic captivity.
