Thank you for this great recipe - just learned about Capuns =) My dad is from Valais but I am as Canadian as they get - haha ! Could you put sauerkraut in them ? Seems like that would taste yummy or am I butchering the idea of them?

I'm sure it tasted good, but you don't dip Racclette in Japanese miso... with other words, these were not Capuns. Me born and raised in Graubünden
