If i level the ranger red skill, can that skill be used when i switch to ghost

I think you only use one skill just like mounts but the stats effects like HP, atk and def stay.

Upgrade all till you’ll need to use Elite Pack to continue levelling up a hero. Focus on a specific one, so far Ghost is the best
