Sardarji. My apologies for not highlighting that all that you have shown is truly effective. I should mention that with a probe thermometer when driving at speed, the earlier temperature was 13 degrees centigrade. After cleaning the condenser fins and air filter, the temperature measured was 6.8 degrees. And in new cars since it is not possible to increase the idling, the alternative would be that at the signal, shift to neutral and gently press the accelerator. This will improve cooling. Brother thankyou for the very informative video! Please advise me on this... my Nissan Micra Petrol's AC keeps turning on and off, in 10-15 seconds duration. Cooling is adequate, not the best. But on idle only I notice, compressor keeps turning on and off. What might be wrong? Or is it not the compressor but the fan which turns on and off? I can only hear the sound which increases and then decreases in 10-15 seconds, while idling. Please help

Hi Shantanu, Hope your doing well, for this issue we need to check the car physically. If it is fan than its okay but compressor should not switch in 10-15 seconds. Also condition of AC Condenser matter alot, so make sure it is clean enough or get it cleaned from a professional

@@HSRayatVlogs thanks for the revert! The condenser was cleaner properly after removing the bumper few months ago. I have noticed this happening since the car was almost new. I used a stopwatch to calculate the exact timings, and it’s like the noise increases for around 16-18 seconds, and stops for 6-8 seconds. I also noticed that the intervals are this short only when the weather is comparatively cooler, as in during rains or when the car is in shade. Under bright sun or severe temperature, the durations are longer. Could it be the thermostat acting to control the cooling only? I recently tried to clean the evaporator too, which though still not very clean. Kind regards!

Evaporator only needs cleaning in case AC blower is no blowing enough Air, first check it is Radiator Fan or Compressor which keep fluctuating

If coolant is getting less automatically, get the cooling system checked first, check for leakage of coolant and thermostate valve, once the coolant issue is solved then look for the AC cooling it may become automatically Okay

I tried everything, nothing worked. Finally I just went ahead and increased the idle speed by adjusting the nut on the accelerator cable. Cools like a freezer now. In winter I shall reset the idling speed to its original setting
