I spent 38,500/ to for accessories like seat covers, steering wrap, door panels, floor matting and UV cut filming. The service and fitting quality was not good. The workers are not skilled. 1. Installed Top Gear seat covers. Fitting was not good. I had instructed the owner and agreed by them not to damage my original seats but the workers did that. And owner don’t care about it. Also informed him about side airbags in front seat and need to consider for seat covers. But no consideration from them. Now I am not sure about air bags will they work or not due to the new seat covers. 2. We have ordered steering cover in dual color but the installed in single cover and the color was also different. It took 3 week to replace that. 3. One of the armrest was manufactured wrongly and it took more than a month to replace it. 4. The door panel was not fitted properly after installing the soft leather on it. I had to visit the shop to very next day 5. The floor matting is also not installed properly. Many places there is gap between floor-mat and floor. I had to visit 4 times to solve the issues. I am not at all happy with their commitment and quality of work & will not recommend.

Its been 2 weeks since I paid the advance and I have been informed that it will be delayed further for a few days. This has upset a lot of plans that I had. I would not have chosen CarStylo, if I was informed of the delay upfront. Although my initial experience is not pleasant, I look forward to the fitting, and will post a separate review on the overall quality of products and the service experience.
