Car Battery, Chemical Desulfator, Product Review

I tested a chemical desulfator (This is not an electronic desulfator) on a dead car battery, a car battery that was dead for months and wouldn't take a charge. Watch the video and see what happens. This product takes a number of days to work fully, 10 days is the recommended working time to get the full results of the additive, so not something that will give you a roadside fix for a dead battery. This is a product I bought from eBay for $15.89. They send you enough chemical(s?) to treat 6 automotive batteries. Even if the chemical does not restore a battery all the way back to car worthy, the restored battery might find use as a storage battery for a solar cell hobbyist that wants to power an electric fence, supply power to a LED lighting system and so on. The idea would be to stay away from hard, short duration, amperage demands like a car starter has. The CCA number , the Cold Cranking Amps of a battery is an important number for batteries used in automobiles as the starter motor is the biggest single drain on your battery when it is engaged and the total amp hour rating of the battery is something completely different. That number refers to the total energy storage capacity of the battery, something this product might improve without helping the CCA. I will let you run your own experiments. I recommend charging batteries of any type away from houses and garages in case something goes wrong you will not burn your house or garage down

VX6 was CADMIUM and the stuff was said to work miracles but I never tried it and it's probably not available now.

Well the battery may only work for trolling motors maybe for a few hours but may not have enough power to start with that I have used that but again you're going to experience a bad battery some batteries are non-recoverable.

You have to cycle the battery by turning the lights on an letting it drain to 11 amps then recharge an you have to repeat that step at least 5 times before your battery is good again

I'm in the middle of the city. Not sure I'd risk drinking rain water, myself :) I'm planning to cover the ornamental pond off my back porch; I would like to use a rain collection/filtration system on the spicy water before it gets inhaled by my outdoor goldfish.

Good video, is that epsom salt? I watched one video where he used Charge IT battery additive. I myself have a Pulsetech PowerPulse passive battery desulfator on my 2001 BMW battery as preventative maintenance as Pulsetech claims that there patented frequency they use can extend battery life up to three times. I also used my PowerPulse on my other BMW battery that I let sit disconnected for a year, and it was at 11.2 volts, I tried charging it with my friends Exide 6 amp automatic charger for 14 hours and battery voltage was at 13.1 volts, yet it would not start my other car. I put the PowerPulse on it along with a 1 amp Schumacher manual battery charger for 72 hours, and left the desulfator on it for a week and it started my car right up. My point is desulfation can take up to 30 days depending on how sulfated your battery is.

Oke it very sure that is salt,... And probably you going to make the battery worst... Klik klik sound is even worst than dead battery... Dead battery you can just simply throw battery to garbage, but klik klik sound you waste your time for useless hope...
