I learned about using parchment paper--the cooking sheet--to line a pot to cook rice! I use it with my small air fryer, works pretty well! We learn by Tabi-ie's example!

Such a well-timed video....my friend has given us freshly grown Japanese eggplant from his garden to enjoy. My wife baked it in the oven with miso on top. It was very yummy but now you have given us another recipe to try! I used to order stirred fried eggplant with minced pork on Sundays night when dining out with mom. She loves this dish though it’s said eggplant isn’t do much good to older people. Mala eggplant should have a taste of spiciness…not sure if you added any hot chilli 🌶 and peppers. But I prefer simple ones without chilli. 💙💙
