Solar showers do get warm/hot. They also cool quickly once the sun is gone and aren’t hot for a morning shower. Showers would mostly have to be mid or late afternoon.

I have used a solar shower bag. Do not hang it up but lay in on the bonnet as the metal absorbs any heat so you are heating the bag from both top and bottom. Also if not warm enough you can add water heated on your stove. You do not need much hot water to raise the temperature

If floor slightly raised sleep with feet at that end. Medically better and also once pillows tucked up you do not notice.

My platform is flat so any uneven bits underneath are supported. It’s really comfy 🧡

With Regards to showering, how about asking campsites if you can use their shower facilities as ive heard especially in Scotland many campsites allow this. Mat be a minimal charger which is worth it tho

For me personally, I like it totally unplanned so I would never then look for a campsite but for anyone else watching, especially those thinking about getting started, that’s a great tip!
