@mapledotori, Wow, what a perfectly zen, tranquil video, thank you! I love that no loud, unruly music was used. So many KZbinrs feel they must add distracting music, when the rain is the only music one needs. And the sound of food sizzling on the skillet was an added touch. I would like that easy griddle but only if it was made of cast iron. I, just as my mother did, prefer using cast iron because of the many qualities it gives. As for the wonderful meals, your shrimp meal with coconut milk reminded me of the great tasting Brazilian dish called Moqueca! I am looking forward to many tranquil videos, thank you again!

Love the video, but being a mother, can't begin to say how dangerous and vulnerable camping on side of road with lights shinning brite looks. You could get hit from behind or other things could happen, not good!

The camera name which I use is Sony FX3 and the lens is 14mm, 24mm and 50mm. Usually I use Premier Pro to adjust exposure :)

Some milk is helpful to adjust the consistency of cream sauce. I used chicken stock, salt, pollock roe, and a little bit pepper for seasoning, but pollock roe is optional.

I am non-asian and I'm quiet. I grew up in a quiet home, my siblings were quiet and their homes the same. I can sit on my sofa, no tv, no radio, no noise no company and be perfectly content. One sibling told me more than once that I was even quiet when J walked in her home, she would look up and there I was. Its a lifestyle, way of life, I dunno.
