Wow that freeze! It just makes you want to just remain inside the camper and cook up a storm. Your curry looks so delicious and it's the perfect type of food for the freezing cold outside. I love this channel. Just a tip from someone who has done a *lot* of winter weather work: You might consider chocking your wheels at night when on a snowy or icy surface. It would prevent the possibility of sliding. You want at least two tires chocked on the downhill side of the wheel. Also turn the wheels in the direction you would most like to slide should a slide occur. This is a really nice channel and I wish you the best. Edit: Also a deadblow mallet for when the chocks inevitably freeze to the ground.
