UPDATE: OZTrail reached out to me and have investigated the issue and found it is a manufacturing fault. They have ceased production while they fix the issue and will send me a new tent later in the year. They offered a full refund. Very good service.

Awesome thank you for sharing. We all appreciate knowing which companies will respond to issues. I saw in another video that the company would not comply and stated "because the tent was now used, no refund would be offered". WHAT??? For sure a company I will not be dealing with. Again, It's so helpful when experienced people leave reviews/issues with these companies.

Nature is the great healer. We can ALL connect in that vast and subtle realm which is all around us. It is an all Inclusive Oneness. I am a firm believer that we will all meet again... and again .. and the Joy of re-connecting will be unfathomable. A friend once told me that they felt so sad when their dad passed away... that it was really painful. I said Yes but... what if you didn't even care? What if you never even missed him? Which would be worse? I had the great privilege of having a Near Death Experience... and have seen first hand that our loved ones are right across the veil... just waiting to greet us... WHEN the time is right, when our work here is done. The power of Love makes this possible.. it draws us to each other... it is unfailing. I firmly believe that you were lead here to this video to help you with your current grief. I get now that there are no coincidences... everything happens for a reason. When we remain open to the possibilities.. and even what might appear as impossible... we are shown more and more. Nothing here is as it appears... and YOU are far greater than you currently suspect. Be still in Nature and begin to 'see' how connected we all are... and have always been. Many blessings being sent your way.

I’m a new subscriber to your channel and I live in East Texas in the US and I’ve enjoyed camping all my life starting as a child where my dad would take our big family on long road and camping trips into his home state of Arkansas as well as various great lake and river campsites closer to my home. There’s honestly nothing better than camping, cookouts, fishing, swimming, etc. and I can’t forget waking up to the great smell of my mom cooking bacon, sausage, and egg breakfast on our old Coleman cook stove. It’s amazing how getting camp set up and enjoying the peace and quiet as well as having good conversations with those we enjoy being with. My dad and other family has passed away for many years now but I’m sure they’d want me to continue doing what we all loved as a family that loves nature. Keep up the great videos and informing us of new quality and not so quality camping products as they become available!

I've had the Weber for 10 or so years. Works great. The tent looks like a winning concept and would be nice right on a campsite road. I would roll out a piece of outdoor carpeting and use the tarp for wind, rain, and sun shade. Brucie looked like he liked it too.......lol

I LOVE YOUR RAINY CAMPING ADVENTURES I live next to a massive meadows with a lovely river flowing through it . I've done a few full day's but we leave at dark because my teenage son has autism so he won't stay the whole night yet... but we always go when a storm is brewing with our gas cooker and lots off food to cook... we only have a very larg family tent that takes up a large suitcase and it's a nitghmare to put it up on my own but it was 2nd hand and a bargain as I'm a single parent I snapped it up...I'm hoping one day we can afford a tent that's more suitable and easy to put up and one that fits in our camping backpack.. dragging our bags and tent in suitcase by foot is unbearable but its lovely once set up and we can chill and eat in the rain ) 😀

Back in 2000 I walked from Sydney to Bundaberg. My sleeping kit was an Emphatex ground bivvy. It was basically designed to allow soldiers to sleep where they stood. So one evening in Noosa on my walk the heavens opened up. I was laid in a public park grass field. I zipped up and endured. The grass semi flooded underneath me but I remained dry. To this day the best bit of kit I ever owned. Not film friendly unfortunately.

As soon as I seen that there wasn't any ventilation I knew it was going to hold in condensation and heat. Other than that it cold be a nice comfortable tent with proper ventilation better water proofing. Some companies don't care about product failures, they know most people will not go through time and the expense of returning especially after they got rid of the orginal packing box it came in. Thanks for reviewing cheaper camping gear for all the folks that can not afford the higher price equipment.

I've really enjoyed this camp as always Tony! Shame about the leaks because it's a good tent otherwise! As for ppl continuing to moan about Bruces food, you have it spot on. There are too many fat dogs because they're overfed because there owners think they must treat them like a human! In fact they are the cruel ones because there dogs suffer just like an overweight human! I know, ive been there and i am now ten stone lighter and doing everything that i couldnt, when i was young and all because my mum thought it was unhealthy for me to be skinny so, she started giving me highly fatty foods! I am now reaping the benefits of loosing and maintaining that weight! Arthritis is also a big factor for being overweight, especially in dogs. Not to mention heart disease, cancer and dropped spine!

When car camping, with/without the camper, we take out the Dutch oven, we love stews, as well as roasts in them. Have also a small 30cm round charcoal BBQ, that has a round raised lid, and use it, but mostly in winter.

Hi Tony and Bruce - I watch all of your video ... the driving to - the setting up - cooking - cigar time - bed time - wakening up kisses from Bruno - breakfast - putting everything away - and sometimes using the drone to see the surrounding sights - beautiful ... thank you ... see you next time 😎 ... oh yah I got the shirt and Bruce zipper pouch and stickers ... I'm going to have to get something else from your merch section and of course send you coffee and treats ... 🤗

Wow! What an amazing camp site you picked, so beautiful with mist to wake up to in the morning. 🥰. You did well putting up that huge tarp on your own .. looks tiring to do especially in the heat. Loved the solar lights by the tent gave a magical feel. Brucie was being Bruce love him. ❤️ and you also xxx. The camera shots on the journey home were amazing, looked professional…. Technology is so amazing today with the movement tracking sensor zooming in and out…. Many thanks to you both for an awesome video ❤️❤️🤩

Even though the tent was defective, I would really enjoy the elevated base because of my fractured vertebrae. Also, I saw many sand flies dashing into your camera during the daytime. It would have been fun to see a deer. Bruce, as usual, was great to watch-especially sitting in the river. 😊

Awesome as always. Been watching the G04X4 channel for a while now. He does do a really good job but I have to say, I do like the banter on your channel. Looking forward to the next camp. I am going this weekend myself. Newbie.

Hi Tony and Brucie. Loved the long video. It was so relaxing to watch even tho I have to pause here and there bc my dog loves attention and keeps me busy. Congratulations on the 80K subscribers. It’s not a surprise to me bc a lot of us enjoy your videos and we love Brucie… the sweetest boy in the world. Many blessings to you Tony and your beautiful Anne and sweet Brucie. I'am in the U.S. and I gotta say very good video. I've watched a few and you always seem to do a great job. I don't go camping myself but really enjoy watching the experience. Also, I watched the whole video, just not all at once. Great video again, and of course I subbed.

Hi Tony love the video. Just wondering did you season the tent before you took it camping. Most tents require a number or soakings and dryings to swell the steam stitching before first use. Have an Oz trail and instructions made a clear warning to do this
