Rosa, I love your adventures. I must say though I've been a chef most of my life. I noticed you scrambled eggs in a Teflon fry pan. Not a good idea to use metal utensils in those pans. Why. You'll scrape the Teflon lose. Not good for your health. Use wood or plastic.

I love the winter. I love snow hat, cozy sweaters, and snuggling under the blankets reading. But I walk to work most days and yesterday we had an expected snow storm. My street is the worst and collects water. So there was ice under the fresh snow. Normally I am fine with ice, but this was smooth as silk. I slipped on the ice fell on my bum. Managed to get up. Took another step fell again. I didn't hurt myself, but I feel it on my left side today. My wrist was sore yesterday, but isn't too bad now. My shoulder is a little stiff. I love winter, but right now I am not a fan.

Oh good god girl! 😮😅 You may wanna be easy with the fork on the teflon pan. Teflon is tested to be unsave and hazardous to the body. But really only when ingested. May be better of substituting metal utensils for wood, or synthetic as the pan is as well. Plus your pan life will be stay non stick 🙏✨️💙

On your pan heat salt and lard season it like a cast iron pan it helps. Has a stainless same thing all welds to it . Was good then crap. But season like a cast iron she be good to go . Little work they will run good again.

I live in the Southeast so our Winters are absolutely perfect! No snow, usually the lows are in the thirties sometimes in the 20s or teens. Our highs range in the 40s and the 50s most of the time... In the summer it gets hot as heck... We're talking 90° Fahrenheit with heat index of 110 degrees Fahrenheit because of all the horrible sticky humidity. There is less humidity, and the temperatures are cool enough to be really enjoyable, so that's why I love winter. I don't think that I would like having to Winter out in the Pacific northwest..

I feel like you'd appreciate the tool that welders use (to start their torch) for starting your stove. I think its called a flint strike. Things last forever N you can keep the peach fuzz on your knuckles, lol.

I can relate on winters lack of appeal. -40 index in IL during the recent winter. So, I once felt the same, if your not a skier or snowboarder, then why go out into the harsh elements, right? That is until I was introduced to frozen waterfall canyon hikes. If bundled up there are some things you can see on and inside a frozen waterfall that can't be experienced elsewhere. Big winter recommendation. Great hike snack on the road is dried fruit, and raw nuts. I saw in the last video "4 hr hike", resulted in a very hungry Rosa returning. My fav hike snack is dried figs, dried dates, raw cashews and raw walnuts. Will stay good for a lengthy period of travel too. None of the worries you'd normally have with an avocado. N yeah, that was a perrrfect avocado! On the road, that can be tricky. Easier to just call it a blessing when it looks like that, cause all too often one can crack an avocado open N think 💩

That was a monster sandwich! I like your style. I love fall/winter because I honestly prefer the cold. I always say, when it's really cold you can put on a sweater or jacket and be completely comfortable. When it's really hot, you can strip butt naked and it's still really hot.
