Car Camping with Suzuki Ertiga at Newly Opened Campsite in Tanay, Rizal | River Ranch PH

In this video, we had an overnight car camping at River Ranch PH located in Tanay, Rizal. They just recently opened. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was peaceful and quiet. Comfort rooms are nice and clean. The owner and staffs are kind and very accommodating. This is a sedan friendly campsite and no river crossings. Just make sure to secure your tent and awning pegs once you visit as the wind is occasionally very strong. Yan din po balak ko future build kay ertiga kaso parang need po iupgrade yung ground clearance medyo nababaan ako sa stock clearance ng ertiga model natin. Thank you at naappreciate niyo yung camping set up namin specially sa Ertiga. I've been planning to increase the ground clearance din however undecided pa rin. Marami kase maaapektuhan lalo na FWD ang layout ng Ertiga. One thing I'm considering is buying an All-terrain tires na fit sa stock rims. I saw some from the group pero di ko pa nasusubukan.

Sir, you have a very nice set-up. Our car is also an Ertiga (2016) but we were apprehensive to use it for camping. It is only now that my wife and I took stock of what we can do with our Ertiga (after viewing your vlog). We would like to copy your roof rack and streamlined capsule on top. Hi Emmanuel, nice to know that you appreciate our car camping setup. Our Ertiga is very reliable and capable. You may see my response below on your queries. 1. Thule Crossbar purchased from Tow & Stow Industries from 2021 sale. The roofbox is from our club partner (Club Ertiga Philippines) 2. 13.5k for Thule Crossbar and 23k for the roofbox 3. Thule Crossbar (for cars without roofrail) and Generic/Universal roofbox (same purpose as branded ones) 4. So far so good, no inconveniences caused or whatever. Vertical clearance is pretty the same with SUVs. When choosing crossbars, make sure that it's branded and with good reputation because a good crossbar is a good base for your accessories like roofbox and awning. Having a roofbox definitely increased the storage space of the car. It's loaded with our camping gears and equipment. Side awning definitely helps as sun shade/shelter for rain specially when car camping. I highly suggest that you join Club Ertiga Philippines Inc. as they have a huge owner aftermarket support.
