I agree with you Barrie. It's all common sense. I don't why the EV community are in denial. I think we need to wait until there are lots of used EVs out there, at which point small problems will become major. I'm giving it about another year or so. Maybe less actually.

Perhaps it’s because you wind folks up with accusations of being a paid mouthpiece. Maybe you’re seen as anti EV because you divert from the “this COULD happen” to “the worst case scenario WILL PROBABLY always happen, and you’ll be poorer for it”. I watch your videos too for balance, but you do seem to me to want a battle constantly because your back is up.

Never the Twain will meet , seems probably the best way of looking at . It’s more a case who will win the race , but I don’t think the average motorist would be a winner . I certainly won’t purely from a financial perspective , and could I honestly be able to run a 10 year old electric car as appose to by ten year old diesel car , which has probably another 10 years left in it . Sadly many people like me will be forced out of the market ,especially if they decide to ban all ice cars in the future anyway.
