They would all probably do much better if the brakes were applied normally instead of being slammed down. The problem is skidding tires at a full stop of spin won't stop as efficiently as being eased on to full pressure The most modern car probably won because of ABS to a small extent on top of brakes that have higher tolerances for slamming them down
