For those whom of which are wondering what the two barn find cars are. After a little searching I found that the black car is a 1984 Chevy Corvette, and the yellow one is a 1972 Chevy Camaro (My dream car, or at least one of them). Personally, I think he got the better deal with the Camaro, as the model he got is rarer than the Corvette. It's also prettier, and so when Deisel fixes it up, he should keep it.

Diesel you dont need to use a star pattern when taking parts off. The reason a star pattern is used is to evenly put pressure and make sure it is on straight. When taking parts off it doesnt matter what order the bolts are undone in.

tip for diesel an easy way to sell stuff fast is to click the item that u want to sell then click enter and repeat but go faster

If you click on the little star beside a part in the discovered parts list, it will highlight it in a light blue colour, making the bushings you need to change easier to find.

Most of the bad reviews on steam are actually focused not on the performance/bugs, but on the fact that it's clearly designed for consoles and ported to the PC as is. And that is a perfectly valid and undeniable criticism. There is no question that every single control in the game was designed around a console controller, and there isn't really any question that it makes the game less intuitive, more cumbersome, and overall just worse to play for PC players.

Because you clicked ESC and went to the garage from the Barn, it bugs the Cars you pull home and parts. BECAUSE you didn't right click into the middle of nowhere and go home from the pie menu. (Annoying duplication bug incoming when you're going to pull the car from the Parking Lot and into the Garage and then go back to the Garage... problem is you can't get rid of them despite how many times you sell'em)

If you chance upon a Luxor Bowen, either via job auction or barn find. Walk away! This car is game breaking at the moment. Took the tires of mine to fix brakes, the tires will not go back on the car and is stuck on lifter until it's patched (cuurently @ 1.0.3). Fortunately I've got two lifters, so can work on other cars for the moment.

Yaboi Sugarnips You have to upgrade the garage with the skill points. When you gradually upgrade it, it will unlock the auction, race track, and junkyard.

Im watching this play through to kinda learn how to play this a bit cause I just started and always love diesels playthroughs.and I was crying laughing at around the 38 min mark diesel either farts or craps himself and moves around to cover up the sound but it was too late.haha I rewinded UT like 5 times and man it sounded wet haha.much love diesel thankyou for that laugh i needed it.also I hope you didn't shart too badly that morning.😂❤

When buying parts to replace, if you switch back to "remove mode" you can access the tablet without exiting the view mode completely. I'm guessing another bug stops it from working in replace mode.

Joe Navolio well you have to realize that number one they released the game earlier than the planned to. And number two. It's such a new game that is able to be changed so much. There have already been multiple updates fixing some issues that I have had.

looks like the parking break was up on the test path with the station waggon. Try releasing the handbrake if you are still playing the game.

In the barn find if you press escape and go to garage from there you don't pay for the parts but if you go to the door in the barn you have to pay for the parts.

@jammie129 if the game had the graphics of 2015 than it won't be anything new except stuff that they should've added through the DLC on 2015, so yeah the graphics are what makes the game new with this stuff added :) p.s. you should upgrade your system to be able to play it ;) :D

I'd love someone to create an updated Gearhead Garage.. It was always my favorite of these games.. but it doesn't run on anything past Windows 98.. at least not any version I've found. It had some crazy mods like the rocket powered station wagon, and building monster trucks..

Pretty good game but there are way too many bugs. I'm at a point now where it won't let me put on parts that I had to take off to get to other parts. Kinda sucks because I was really enjoying the game. I hope they fix the interface and gameplay bugs soon.

Brian Pilesky The game is still in BETA I believe so the developers are still trying to remove the bugs. If it's not a bug, your computer may not be powerful enough.

MattGames you start with the tutorial, take a car for a test drive to end the tutorial and you will get the starter garage.
