LOL I really enjoyed this video m8 I'm retired(back injury) now but have done many engine builds over the years. The 1st time I pulled down a rotary, the head mechanic was laughing his ass off watching my face, rotary's are the freaks of the engine world.

Make a "hardcore junker" just remember that you'll need spark plugs that have a 30%+ condition, otherwise it'l not start (I am pretty sure this is how it works)

Roughly how a rotary engine works is: That weird shaped triangle thing in the combustion chamber rotates, and each pocket on the side has it's own job. The rotor is shaped perfectly so that one side is intake, then combustion, and power, and finally exhaust :)

Rotor motors (No Pistons) sound so good with the high rev and look badass when they throw sparks from the tailpipe but that motor is just a mess. One rotor motor uses more gas that 5 or 6 piston motors would. IRL I owned a Mazda RX-7 and had hella engine trouble but i wouldn't keep my foot out of it either.

Diesel, the wankel rotary engine by definition is quite small, I believe it is a 1.3 liter, which is super tiny, but it produced well over 150 kw which is crazy. The main advantages of the rotary was its crazy rev range, high horsepower to weigh ratio, and its ability to withstand high boost pressure. However, it consumed oil like a two stroke, had an incredibly high fuel consumption, and it had a nasty reputation for unreliability. The rx8 is the only well known production car to have the rotary and they are already mighty rare as they went out of production a few years ago.

its a rotary engine. the rotary doesn't use pistons,therefore not much space is needed. it can also have very high RPM (around 9000 to 12000 rpm p.s I'm just guessing)

So, performance parts - how do you use them? I've got a bunch of parts, like blocks, heads, exhaust, intakes, etc, including superchargers, but what engines do they go on? I've tried building blocks on the engine stand, but that won't do it either? Do a video on installing various performance parts, please :) EDIT: NVM. apparently, performance parts will be added in the future. Until then, I'll keep the expensive engine parts from the junk yard. :) Great Channel. I like your impressions. Have any vids of your stand-up?
