So many Rovers, lovely. My first car was a Rover 400 from 1999 (hatchback) and loved it but found out recently that it was sent to the crusher. Made me feel sad but i couldnt buy it back since i already have 3 cars nowadays to take care :(

That blue 416GTI is named after me! I rebuilt its head a few years ago, after it started using water on the way back from getting some parts from a certain Cheetham, who also got a ride in it! It's a lot better car than it looks - and possibly the only 416GTI left that doesn't have a leather interior. The GSI-spec Prism velour interior was a no-cost option instead of the standard leather on GTIs.

That velour prism interior with the half bucket seats is very nice, possibly the nicest seats that Rover fitted to the R8!

Sir Arnold Robinson (the rather nice 75 with the falling apart badge) makes it onto a Furious Driving vid! And he’s become a total luvvie and drama queen overnight as a result. This morning he greeted me wearing an opera cape and declaiming “I must warn you Darling, I’m in a bit of a mood today!”. That’s internet fame for you I guess. He’s also offered to fight Jake Paul for £5m. In other news he has had two new sills and a new MOT since your visit to Captain Mustard, and is now back here in the Peak District with the rest of the £500 CCC Rover fleet. Living his best life and trying to convince the local Tourist Board that he’s a viral sensation now and should have his own brown sign.

Hi Guys Love my cars.. I actually live in a Housing association flat 3rd floor flat. Presently I own A 14 plate Transit van, a Mercedes CLK convertible 3.2 and my Astra 2.2 convertible and lastly my latest purchase my Audi A6 2.7tdi estate, which I love the car. In my previous cars I have had 2 x Rover 75 2001 Y registered head gasket possibly went.2.0 V6 engine £250 My other Rover was a 1.8t 2002 52 plate with electrical gremlins..£450 owned a month /scrapped. Then two MGF 1998 and the SE MGF Wedgewood .. Both scrapped.. My only other cars were Vauxhall Vectra's 1996/P and 1997 R AND 2000 W.. Loved my Cavalier from 1991 it had 150.000 miles on clock kept it 40.000+ miles I never really wanted to sell it. So That's my bit of car history I've had many cars 60+ My main issue is having a great place to live with decent driveway and some quirky garages.. But I've HIT 58 years old, so long way off ever getting a dream home I feel year on year I get lucky so maybe a few weeks On lottery numbers may turn up enough capital to turn my dreams into real life.. Great video.. Did I buy a car part from you..? for my mgf..? I think it was somewhere else I bought part..

Back seats do wear out, if they get a lot of use, had many supported by a bit of rolled up old carpet as they had sagged badly. The only thing that the COF examiner was bothered about was not sagging or ripped, clean, dust free when slapped if cloth and firmly fixed in place with brackets. Hunting for all those pound notes, coins and sometimes fivers meant wealding a screwdriver first.
