I have a California highway patrol on cpm but our androids lag a lot the best phones for cpm are the expensive iphones

True true that, that's why I barely upload content of CPM because of the consistent lag outs.... But pretty soon I will be up loading just Wednesday & Saturdays due to my irl work hours... && I will do my best to upload at least 6-8 videos more CPM content (Police)
