Rather disappointing that they cut a good three minutes out of the song, I can kind of understand trimming down the intro a bit, but man this version really lacks the punch the original has.

You're the only one (in a very quick scan of the comments) who has mentioned this. The intensity of the song is horribly diminished by what they removed. The slow build up at the start. The opening verse. The howl of feedback for a full minute. Those things change this from being a very good song to a great song. It's a shame.

It's very odd really and I would have probably given the band a pass if this were the first song of theirs that I heard, since this version just makes them sound like just another indie band and hardly displays their full potential like the original cut does.
