I saw this review, went to suzuki, looking at the sx4 with my wife, and my wife said that is your car right there. So, I test drove this Kizashi. Holy, how amazing is this car. I have a Infinit G35 2007 sedan. And yes, the G35 is fast. But gesh, the value, the build, and the price, was just way to good. I got the SLS AWD with everything except nav. I love this car and people should consider this car over others. Im 45 and this is only the 2nd car I have fell in love with.

That's just a rough translation, it can be translated many different ways. I feel the most accurate translation would be "A sign of things to come", which correctly indicates that that "What you see in this car is what you will see in future Suzuki vehicles".

@benjaminlately That's because this is a cnet TECH review. The focus of the TECH review is supposed to be on the TECHnology of the car being reviewed. While he has this or any car he then does briefly cover other things such as ergonomics, fit n finish, handling etc, but those things are not the focus of a TECH review.

@benjaminlately That's because it's a show from CNET that focuses more on car tech. They rarely review cars based on performance. Most of the time they review gadgets installed on cars. :-)

Did they ever sell any of these cars? I’ve only ever seen a handful of them. I’m sad they never rolled out a V6 version, it probably would have been a great car. But it’s sad these didn’t sell that well, they are actually pretty nice looking.

I would say it is basically a Camry. They weigh about the same their 2.4/2.5 liter make about the same power. Mpg should be similar. Camry gave up on the manual transmission after 2011. I have a positive opinion of Suzuki, and I believe they would be a good deal if you can find one in a manual. I would skip their jatco automatic (cvt) transmission though.

Most of these Kizashi's have an issue with the clutch paddle box broken, which is a manufacturers issue.. but hasn't been recalled.. leaving Suzuki owners with thousands of repair damage.

There won't bee a V6 Kizashi,instead Kizashi engine gonna get turbo which will bring HP to 230-250. It suppose to happened by the end 2012

SmartPass Push-button keyless ignition and entry is standard on all trim levels... You might want to google "kizashi club" if you want to hear from people who know something about the car. This guy focuses on really strange things. Stereo for over a min and never really talked about the handling. really?

@gdsmckrls Civic is more reliable, better resale value, drivability, higher safety rating and civic is quicker. Oh if i wanted a bigger car i would buy a bigger car.

More reliable.. Its suzuki and toyota who are the most reliable rewarded every year in most parts of the world. Lets say honda is at the same level maybe. Resale ok. Driveability i like to discuss and try that out too. Did you follow the reviews/tests on the kizashi and speak some of the owners or drive it yourself? ;)
