Agree. But my earth 1 tyres are a bit noisy but they are incredibly strong tyres. 6 years from its manufacturing date and still going strong. My Bridgestone started aging and getting punctured often after just 5 years before that.

Conti - comfort agreed 150% Perfect cushion effect. I enjoyed the drive all the way. But 70k + kms not agreed. 50k max for the front wheels in our road conditions. But I would definitely go for conti for its comfort 👍🏻

I'm using bridgestone for my hyundai verna. It has good stability in wet condition, you can easily drive at 100kmph without fear. I did my first tyre change at 71000 kms. Only con is you'll hear little bit of tyre noise otherwise everything is good.

The tyre grooves are not for Air. Those are water channels to prevent hydroplaning. Don't give wrong information. Better to go to store owners who have actual knowledge in the technology.

Please don't buy Yokohama especially blue earth GT. After sales you never get service from Yokohama and the tyre get very hard soon with 3 to 4 months . Especially in summer the tyre get hardness very soon . I face the same issue and try to reach the Yokohama team and the particular manager in Coimbatore the berson name is dhandapani . He is not responsible and they informed the company is not responsible for hardness even it's one day from the day of purchase ..very very vast service from Yokohama. Please u all pls go with Bridgestone or Michellen or some other tyres . Don't go with Yokohama and waste ur money . They are not people oriented and customer safety . Yokohama is only money minded .

I'm a MRF tyre dealer. I recommend changing at least 2 tyres at once. You can change 1 tyre but only when you think it's an extremely bad situation or you don't have money. I recommend changing the 2nd tyre within a week or a month max(if you drive daily) because the new tyre will depreciate faster as it has more tread rubber compared to the old one.

Lot of buyers will end up with these two brands. Both Yokohama and Continental are good brands. I am using conti UC6 R16 for the last one year.. UC6 Highway performance especially stability at high speed is awesome compared to stock tyres. I couldn't get Yokohama from my dealer, so I ended up in buying UC6.

Not sure about the unconditional warranty clause. Even if the warranty is fully applicable, will the local authorised dealer accept the replacement for a tyre bought on an e-com site is questionable. However, we can check these details+ ask for the latest month/year of mfg by directly contacting the seller through the e-com site. I was wanting to buy UC6 online and had the same question that you have. Later, today, I went to an authorised Continental dealer (found through Continental website) and settled for the best price (after showing them the price on an e-com platform) . However, mfg was on Dec 22. (3 months old). I got a good price for 4 tyres. So, if it suits you, buy from a local authorised dealer....got to do some hard negotiation.

Either Michelin or Pirelli. My car is a CBU from Korea. So it came with Bridgestone made in Korea. That was a fantastic tyre. After that i changed and went back to Bridgestone again. It is just a crap. These Conti and Yokohama are not at all in my list.

Hey guys, I own a Renault Kwid 2019 model and as you would all know, the stock tyres are absolutely pathetic & hard to the core. Driving comfort is zero, severe body roll & no grip at all.
