Hey Sam if you do shift + c you will be in free cam and if you do f7 on an other place when you are in free cam your car will spawn at the place where you are. And please change your car!!! Because looking the same car crashing all the Time become boring and in this game you have a lot of car choic. Thanks. Sry if my english is not good i speaker french.
