I would recommend getting luna tbh if you want her to, haste is old unit and will be in selector if we get it as usual in anniversary + mystic shop , but new units take at least 1 year to be available

Reduce buffs by 1 turn for s3 and dual attack with highest attack for s1. That's all they need imo

Arby ee is defo a W, he still need buffs but the ee really open up more options for arby users ( it support both of his playstyles). Briar ee is kinda okay, like she is already strong and her main weakness is her not so good stats so more speed is good for her.

Too much eyebrows for me on the Cerise skin Also reminder that you can get mystic medals from hunts if you are bit short for luna. You do NOT get any from Rift

I don't like the Cerise skin. The art looks unfinished. The sprite looks decent though. I'll have to see it in game.
