Biji Plastik yang di Produksi saat ini jenisnya HDPE
Adapun bahan bakunya berasal dari Plastik bekas atau bisa disebut Avalan Plastik, tahap awal proses produksi bahan baku dipilah pilah berdasarkan
jenis bahan plastik dan warna, kemudian proses Cuci Giling yang tujuannya agar avalan plastik menjadi bersih dari sisa kotoran atau bahan bahan kimia yang masih menempel agar hasil biji plastik lebih bagus.
Kemudian Avalan Plastik yang telah di Cuci Giling dimasukkan ke Mesin Pelet agar meleleh dan kemudian akan tercetak pelet biji plastik pada ujungnya, kemudian proses pendinginan pelet biji plastik dengan dimasukkan ke dalam bak berisi air kemudian ditarik menuju mesin potong.

The type of plastic that is currently being produced is HDPE
The raw materials come from used plastic or can be called Avalan Plastik, the initial stage of the production process of raw materials is sorted by
the type of plastic material and color, then the Milling Process which aims to make the plastic avalan clean from residual dirt or chemicals that are still attached so that the results of plastic seeds are better.
Then the Avalan Plastic that has been milled is put into the Pellet Machine to melt and then the plastic seed pellet will be printed on the end, then the process of cooling the plastic seed pellet is put into a tub filled with water and then pulled to the cutting machine.
