Oh wow, that was absolutely beautiful! It was a lovely song choice and the editing was AMAZING--such great choices for scenes and I loved the flashbacks and everything. Definitely a favorite of mine! Bravo!

Awesome video. You can see traces of Cara's love for Kahlan written all over her face throughout - from the first time they met. You can see it in Kahlan's face, too, as she grows to adore her. Kahlan and Cara were meant to be together, and even in the books you saw their attraction, and the comfort they drew from one another. The series just illuminates it. Beautiful couple, beautiful actresses that push the envelope of their characters. One of the best series in recent memory.

2:01, Tabrett Bethell is in possession of the most DEVILISH GRIN I've ever seen :). This video is amazing. How this series died with Cara in it is anyone's guess. Kahlan and Cara had an, ahem, unique relationship, since Temple of the Winds in the books. Faith of the Fallen shows another part of the relationship. BOTH of these women, Bridget Regan and Tabrett Bethell are absolutely amazing in their roles. I'd like to kiss the casting director.

I don't know about anybody else, but I think Kahlan should have suggested Cara be named the next Seeker when Richard was off being trapped by woman wearing pink gowns. I mean come on, they would have saved the world in a hell of a lot less time because Cara wouldn't stop for every damn kid that scrapped there knee or every helpless kitten stuck in a tree! Kahara FTW!

@h0lygodess Rikka loves pink, and dresses Nicci in a nightgown that is pink. She then proceeds to comfort her, and at the wedding at the end of the series, Nicci and Rikka show up, Nicci with a pink bow in her hair, and Rikka in a garish dress of the same material.

@IAtelt I read all the books very recently, and I cannot remember a Nicci / Rikka relationship for the life of me! There was a lesbian relationship between Berdine and Raina which was quite sweet though.

@h0lygodess In my opinion, yes. I started reading the books ten years ago, so you'll have to color it with history, and at the end of the books? Nicci ends up in love with Mord'Sith Rikka - they are so cute together. But yes, starting at the very beginning of their relationship, Kahlan is "Butch" Kahlan, and Cara is "Butch" Cara ... Except Cara becomes sincere Cara around the MC. She becomes ardent towards the Confessor around book 4.

I do however agree that Cara wouldn't be named, because then the series would just turn into a modernised copy of Xena. Though some argue that it might as well already be.
