@@melissastewart5200 Of course they don’t have chains in the nature, they’re dragged by their tails. With humans they have chains for their own safety, just like other pets. Yes they’re beaten in the forest and abused too if they bother the group, they’re fall off the trees, they can be kidnapped and abused by other monkeys, if those little ones aren’t strong enough they can’t survive. In practice it’s safer than their environment. If they are tortured and killed by their group, we think that is ok, if they are kept as pets and are trained like other pets, that is cruelty. My comment isn’t stupid since they’re facts and involves more thinking than peoples common sense.

Taming and bathing are two different things. I believe this man lives in Indonesia, where no are no laws against having pet macaques. He will bath it as many times as he feels it needs it. Although there have been much unnecessary judgments about him, his country, his culture, etc., regardless, monkeys stink to put it plainly. Yes, humans can too, but not as quickly or as strongly as a macaque will, especially with fresh and old shite clinging to their fur (and 🐒💩 could be anywhere and since they are gluttons, they eat 🙊💩 it on occasion). 🤮
