Cara Membuat Bihun Sup Ayam Utara. | Bihun Sup Utara
Resepi bihun sup ayam utara:
Bahan - bahan untuk sup
1 kg ayam kak lis guna dada ayam dan paha ayam
4 - 5 liter air/ secukupnya
5 biji bawang kecil
4 ulas bawang putih
2 inchi halia @ jahe
3 batang serai
5 biji buah pelaga @ kapu laga
2 kuntum bunga lawang
2 batang kulit kayu manis
1 Sdt serbuk lada hitam
1 batang daun sup ( ambil batang nya sahaja)
1 tangkai daun bawang
1 Sdt serbuk bunga cengkih @ boleh guna 10 tangkai bunga cengkih di tumbuk
1 kiub pati ayam ( kaldu ayam)
Garam secukup nya
Bahan- bahan untuk sambal merah:
1 mangkuk cili kering kisar @ giling
2 Sdm serbuk cili ( optional )
5 ulas bawang putih
5 biji bawang kecil
1 Sdt gula merah/ boleh guna gula pasir.
1/2 keping asam keping @ asam kandis
Garam secukup nya
Air secukup nya.
Bahan- bahan untuk celur bihun:
1 bungkus bihun
Kunyit kunyit serbuk secukup nya
Air secukup nya.
Bahan- bahan untuk topping:
Lobak masin secukup nya
Daun sup secukup nya
Daun bawang secukup nya
Ayam rebus secukupnya
Limau nipis @ jeruk nipis secukupnya
Bawang goreng secukupnya
Sambal merah

Northern chicken soup vermicelli recipe:
Ingredients for soup
1 kg chicken kak lis use chicken breast and chicken thigh
4 - 5 liters of water/ enough
5 small onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 inches of ginger @ jahe
3 lemongrass sticks
5 cardamom seeds @ kapu laga
2 star anise flowers
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 stick of soup leaf (take only the stem)
1 spring onion
1 tsp clove powder @ can use 10 crushed cloves
1 cube of chicken broth (chicken broth)
Salt to taste
Ingredients for red chili:
1 bowl of ground dry chili @ grinding
2 Tbsp chili powder (optional)
5 cloves of garlic
5 small onions
1 tsp brown sugar/ you can use granulated sugar.
1/2 piece of sour cream @ asam kandis
Salt to taste
Enough water.
Ingredients for vermicelli batter:
1 pack of vermicelli
Turmeric powder turmeric to taste
Enough water.
Ingredients for the topping:
Radish is salted to taste
Soup leaves to taste
Onions to taste
Enough boiled chicken
Limes @ enough limes
Enough fried onions
Red sauce (red chilli sambal)
