This custard like dessert has a very unique way of preparation and serving. The caramel is at the bottom of the dish while the custard is poured over and allowed to set. However while serving, it is inverted allowing the caramel to cover and flow around making it a lip smacking and gorgeous looking dessert too
In this video, I have used a Nutripot to make this dessert. You can also use a Pressure Cooker for the same.

Here are the ingredients:
For the Caramel
3tbsp Sugar + 2tbsp Water
For the Custard:
4 Eggs
125-150gms Powdered Sugar
500ml Milk
A pinch of Salt
1tsp Vanilla essence
Also required
Butter to line the dish
Foil to cover the dish
