FL Studio has a built-in stem extractor. Alternatively, you can just Google "vocal extractor" and a bunch of different website options will pop up.

i tied fl one and mine is low quality like even the instrumental and i wanted to do a remix but the only clean instrumental i could find is a bit of from the vocals like i dont know ho i can fix this cus ive been using fl studio for 3 years now@@DJBassFreQ

@@MINDY_CARAMELLA I actually notice that this was made before FL Studio introduced the stem extractor, which means I used a website. The site I would always use was vocalremover.org/ , that includes this song too. Of course it'll never be the super cleanest but once you mix around it, the impurities tend to get lost behind the mix.
