I just bought my first neocolors and this video was so super helpful!! I wanted to buy colors open stock since I tend to neglect most of the colors in pre-made sets, and I was able to pick the perfect colors for myself thanks to this video. Thank you so much!

This was such a useful look at the 84 set Neocolor II. Loved that we got such a complete look at large swatches combining solid and water activated colors. I did a grinch of screenshots and replayed three times. Love it. Thank you!!!

I just have the 40 set, but they purdy, aye! I also did a very small sharpen of them all and collected the shavings in a couple of old dollar store kiddy paint palettes (that I emptied of the cwappy paint) and added some water so I have some as dried paint to use as well… just be aware that it takes dayyyys for them to “dry” before closing lol Looks pretty on a shelf too, delicious colours!

14:23 P.S. Fast Orange I bet comes from the colour “Octane Orange” which was the colour of my old Ford Falcon car… just a weird translation of Octane to Fast 🤗🧡🧡🧡 Also weird because Octane Orange is more yellow, more similar to what is just called orange

On the pastel the name is lightfast orange so I think it’s just a more lightfast version of an orange? My guess is that lightfast was too long of a word for the color chart which is why they only wrote fast. Now for the octane part, I guess that could be it, I don’t know? Anyway I still like it :)

Yes!! It is scratchy! Very strange, but a pretty color nonetheless

@@LaurenceP-art Good to know! I thought mine was defective cause ALL of the other sticks are smooth! So thank you for answering me. Is a shame, I would have prefered it was defective, that way I would just get a new one, cause as you said, is a pretty color. Something similar happens with the Electric Blue from the Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils, that blue is really bad, something in its formulation. I hope Caran D'Ache could fix their Toledo Brown!
