Finally the way my mom taught me at such a young age to make them with thumb. So refreshing. I had lost her recipe. Thank you I’m a 70yr old grandma and wanted to make them for Easter dinner

I had Cavatelli with a beef and sausage ragu at a local Itailin restaurant. The dish wax excellent and I was drawn to the pasta and definitely plan to make them myself. I know the pasta can be made with semolina and water but Im going for the ricotta recipe Thank You for the video!

It prevents it from drying out while you're rolling the pasta. ☺️
