Hi, I just came here to see your vlog about follow. I will be attending next Caratland and also have seat in 4th floor similar to you. May I know whether we need to climb up to the 4th floor by stairs or it does have elevator or lift? And also want to ask whether you know up until what row for 4th floor. Hiii :) I stayed at Hostel Cleo in Hongdae. I would like to recommend to stay around Hongdae, Hapjeong and Sinchon station since it's convenient to commute for both subway and bus. Anyway, from my experience, I think taking bus is much better especially after concert.
