The first version is so much better than the second. It tells the story of this simple illitarate hard working brute guided by divine inspiration. Very much in the spirit of jesus who said the common man was closest to him.

Absolutely. The first one takes the evangelist much more seriously.

My favorite painting of all time. I see so much in it and could write a book about it but I still wonder about that round light thing (like a ring) at the upper left corner of the book. What is that?

very good explication, thanks. Doyou know where we can see the first version of the painting?

Thank you for watching, Armando! The first version was very sadly destroyed in Berlin during WWII. That's why only a black and white image remains of this work.

Google it. Only one photo exists

It's not kera-vaj-io. Put some pronunciation on it. This mistake is made by more professionals than you can shake a stick at.

Hi again, SWL-1! I missed you! Listen, we already had this talk. But I'll let you in on a secret though this time: we all do it on purpose just to annoy you. You specifically. We have a conference to prepare and everything. 'Wait till SWL-1 hears this,' we cackle. But really though. Thank you for watching so many of my videos. Xoxoxo.

Really can’t stand the artificial, gushing and giggly narrative. How unbecoming and unprofessional.
