Caravan Reno #7- Custom wheel arches & fitting hatches

Hey guys thanks for much for taking the time to view some of our videos!
We are a family of 5 completely head to toe renovating a 1986 windsor caravan. This beast is set to be an off road off grid beast.
We travelled Australia in 2019 in a hard floor camping trailer and decided that YEP this is the life for us, but NOPE the canvas wasn't going to cut it!
Peter is a welder/boiler maker by trade and Kelsey is a Photographer. Max is 9, Eli is 6 and Milah is 4.

Looking at the roof, it looks quite gone. Would it be an idea to install a new roof?

The roofs actually if good condition for its age. Just dirty. Well give it a scrub before its painted. The steel cladding is fine. No hole.no rust

@@kpschupina The fact that you will be sticking 10k worth of stuff inside it and if it leaked through a split then you will have severe damage and the thought that you could of avoided that by fitting $200 worth of new roof :)

DEmma1972 thanks for your input mate! The roof is in great condition there is no rust at all and will be taken care of accordingly. It wouldn’t be as simple as just putting a new roof down but we appreciate your comment! Thanks mate
