I am amazed... simply amazed. This is the way you build a community. First of all you have to have a cause. Then that cause has to have a common goal for all. Then each member of the community has to be driven towards contributing his / her bit.... Request you all to please fully read this comment... Looking at this VLOG, we all viewers must see this... Here, the cause is "Overlanding", which is actually an understatement. The right words should be "Long Term Sustainable, Self Sufficient, Self Reliant - Travel / Adventure / Excursion / Expedition / Exploration / Pilgrimage / Quest / Sojourn / Trek"... and you can name it all. Each one of us must see all the planning / hard work that must have gone in the back ground. Clearly within this very first VLOG of this event, I can see that years of association between the members, have gone into it. Looking beyond just scheduling of the dates on a calendar, or beyond planning the interim hops and the destinations, I can clearly see that someone must have contacted a school, to educate the kids and organized their outing to give a "SOCIAL MESSAGE". I can see that someone must have contacted a news channel and organized a Press Report. Someone must have identified, surveyed the spots for halts in advance. So this means that each member of this community is not only participating, however is actually contributing towards the cause of bringing events like these together. I am sure that the subsequent VLOGs in the series, will reveal more such contributions. Then of course their must be certain members who would just participate. For them, this event will be "Enjoy As You Go", cause someone has organized it for them. My hats off to those who have organized it. Viewers and participants must not judge the organizers on the basis of the participation fee. Please see beyond that. I think amongst its subscribers, "Caravan Bharat" channel has become extremely popular like a Web Series. In fact, subscribers like me [and many others] have gone on to personally meet Vivek Ji. Now why would anybody do that? The answer is: His inspiring work. Just see the viewership that he commands. Plus he is magnanimous enough to cover our visits in his VLOGs [let me call them as episodes]. Remember these episodes are being created almost everyday. No matter how the day's events unfold... the man must edit them all, and showcase it to his viewers. Now that is serious dedication. So he has the infrastructure, resources, teams, contacts and viewership and dedication to organize and pull off an "ALL INDIA" event like this. The moment a participant joins it, (s)he would automatically get covered in the episodes. So now, all that the participants have to do is... Join the event and ride the wave... The wave of the joy that comes from a Nomadic / peripatetic / roving / wandering / ambulatory / floating / gypsy life-style. Where else can you find it....??? And those who can't join him, can simply watch his "episodes" from home and feel and experience, the same Thrill / Amusement / Cheer / Delight / Elation, that all of them are indulging in right now. Tell me one thing... for those of us who watch... don't you have a constant simile on your face the moment you start watching an episode??? A smile that lasts till the very end!!! He is giving that to us, for free 😊.
