I think it would be a great idea to put your lids in that spot it would be so convenient to have your lids so close to your stove.

Hi, how long did it take to boil water?

Too long! Lol It says not to use these on high heat which I don’t the skillets but if I’m boiling water for pasta I have went ahead and turned it up on med-high heat to get it boiling and so far it hasn’t seem to hurt anything. I will also put the lid on while the water is heating which helps speed it along.

Do you oil on the pans?

I use a little pure butter or olive oil / avocado oil. Doesn’t take much and don’t use oil sprays!

No this is just the complete set now…it comes with: Large Sauté skillet + lid Smaller fry pan Dutch Oven + lid Sauce pan + lid All of the storage I showed comes with the full set too. I started out with just the large sauté pan and the dutch oven so I added the smaller skillet and sauce pan. Hope that clears it up!

I agree! So far so good for me! I don’t put them in the dishwasher and I don’t cook on high heat.
