5:45 be careful of your arrow nomenclature. The negative Chlorine is going to attack the Hydrogen attached to the OCH3 group, not the other way around :)

step 1 of the hydrolysis of glycoside has a mistake. During the protonation of the methoxyl group the arrow should go towards the hydrogen, not from. minor details but love the video.

I know you were just trying to save time by pre-drawing them, but tbh I could just read a book for that. I like these videos because its more steady and the drawing time gives time to process. Just my opinion, this kinda confused me more - felt rushed.
