They should reuse hydroelectric plants to power stations like these, while moving the grid towards Nuclear energy. Also, to those in the comments section berating carbon capture technology, I would point out that no amount of trees is going to capture all the carbon we burned from deposits in which it was stored safely for millennia. One plant over a short period of time won’t fix the problem, but it’s a start.

To me this is the way to go. Carbon capture machines are what it's gonna take. Creative uses for them like this is how it's done.

They don’t work. You need to invest AT LEAST as much energy into turning CO2 into another compound, which completely negates the process. If you have to invest more energy cleaning up the mess, there’s no point.

You said the co2 is collected to the caves inside the ground? In liquid state? Over 40 bar pressure? How deep and what keeps the pressure over 40 bar?

SO. You used a lot of energy to explain that you used a lot of energy to bottle your co2. It might have been smarter to sequester it instead. Your solution is merely obfuscation. Example.feeding your exhaust gas into a very large greenhouse by day would allow crop plants to convert the co2 into food. No compressor needed. As long as the other gases were removed. Partner up with any university that is studying phytomining,and phytomitigation. Then their biochemistry dept.might give you a far cheaper solution to your waste problem. Shipping your waste product out doesn't help your future offspring.

What is the final status of CO2? Where is going then?

Some is sell to companies like Coca Cola for mass production of sodas . Most of it goes in empty offshore Gas/Oil fields. Where there was once hydrocarbon gas, there will be carbon gas instead.

@@brathnakumar Once the CO2 is injected into an empty oil/gas field, it is traped. It won't go outside by itself. So know it won't go again into the athmosphere
