Carbon Coating for Cast Iron

How can you say it’s a good product when the point of applying the ceramic coating is to prevent rust? It obviously didn’t do that in your situation

thanks for watching and commenting. I say it's a good product because I know what my cast iron would have looked like if I didn't apply it, it would be covered solid. There is a lot of humidity in my area and I always work with the garage door open, even when it's raining. I gave honest feedback. I've seen videos of guys that have indoor climate controlled shops that say they put it on once and a whole year later it looked the same.... I don't think those guys use their tools as much as I do. I use my tools almost every day, exposed to the elements. It's not a miracle formula, but it works much. better than wd40 and wax.
