So much good information in your videos. What was the extra thing you mixed in the epoxy to the first coat? Some kind of thickening agent? I often have problems with dry spots on the surface on my laminates but you seem to get perfect results. Thanks for sharing!

I have a better join with the last sheet and easy application with this method, the fabric has less movement

Very clean work there Virus. I like how you used the battery box as part of the actual structure too rather than just be set into a foam cavity. Question: that motor you have been using from MayTech. Does that motor have the amount of power that you want?

Thanks, yes the Maytech motor is perfect, powerful, silent and good synergy with the rest of parts, in this moment is the best motor for my style, surfing and I can reach more than 35km/h I dont need any more.

By not having to embed the battery box into the foam you must save a good bit of work cutting out the foam cavity and setting the box. Again, nice idea guy. How long of ride do you get with what size battery pack for this new box you think? Thanks.

Thanks Michael, yes, the external box has different missions, I like with each element resolve different estructural options at the same time, I dont know if you understand me, that means less weight and simplicity. The autonomy will be similar to my prototype, 42Ah 1h20min aprox
