I personally look for air defenses and where they are as well as single or multi infernos. Also if there's a ton of value to have by the blizzard all in one spot. If there's a bunch of singles, they'll shred the queen. There are a lot of considerations though. I get scared about the queen when all of the heros are stationed in one spot or a bunch of crossbows because they'll overwhelm her dps.
