I was treated like Royalty . The food the service the ambiance romantic red velvet booths for two , tucked away with beautiful drapery and a breathtaking hanging chandelier, oh so romantic and a luxurious feel. Upbeat tunes playing, it sets the vibe.
This is a celebrity hotspot, you may spot Drake the rapper/singer, the Kardashians, Jenner’s, Jlo and so many more.
This TOP RATED restaurant is the BEST ITALIAN Restaurant in Las Vegas . There are 2 other locations in NYC and Miami.
The most delicious pasta, the best you’ve ever had spicy 🌶️ rigatoni is on another level of taste . It will invigorate your taste buds make you wanting more .
How about the complimentary King of Italian cheeses the Parmesan Reggiano and delicious selection of Italian breads and Italian cold cut meats soppressata and pickled cauliflower, all at your table complimentary!
I don’t even want to mention the dessert cart. What more can you ask for …you get to choose a selection of amazing delectable desserts. Since it was my birthday my friend and i enjoyed 2 complmentary desserts. The Chocolate Hazelnut cake tasted like Ferrerro Rocher Chocolate. Make sure u try it!

Only the Carbone location in NYC is very good, the one in Vegas is subpar compared to it. It is mostly all show and barely any go. It is easily only 50% as good as the NYC location. I was very disappointed with my dinner there. Jean George and Bardot Brasserie are much better. BTW, Scarpetta at the Cosmopolitan I found to have better food and service. But glad you had a fun time.

Thank u. Wow didn’t know that. I hope I can try the OG Carbone in New York one day. It all started there so I get what u mean by it being really good. About Jean George and Bardot, yup ur absolutely right, I’m definitely trying those restaurants soon. I have already dined at Jean George’s other restaurant Prime Steakhouse at The Bellagio hotel in Vegas, so u may want to check it out in my other utube channel “thisglamgirl” Really amazing food and the best view of the Bellagio Fountains.
