@@DonsBeerReviews I had to buy a few pints to get the Bournemouth game on over the rugby! Build them big down there and the a cracking spot for a weekend trip even if the beer is a bit of a struggle at times 🍻

I have never heard of Carcassonne. It looks beautiful. I assume I have probably driven through it in the middle of the night going from Marseille to Toulouse. You definitely found the gems among all the macro crap. Looks like an amazing place to visit. Cheers!

@@gingeryetiroadbeers oh you will have yes! Plenty of these ancient towns in France and it’s not far from Toulouse. Great spot even if you can spare a few hours next time - not sure that castle venue will fit one of your gigs 🎸🤘🏻

Never been drinking in France, but looks tempting from this video 👀 Another great video 👍🏻

@@RealAlesRealPubs cheers. It is expensive for beer / cheap for wine but some good little breweries popping up. The castle here is a bit magical and had to double check it had more walls than York! 🍻

@@MrBsHomebrewsandBeerReviews the glass was so slender I couldn’t get the lemon out 😂 did suit the beer to be fair. Who’d have thought the Irish bar would belt out the best pint. Definite Triskelion flying on the back of that boat!

Im hoping to watch Salford Red Devils away at Catalans next year..this isnt to far away from Perpignan. Its looks a belting place Dan so much the beer was secondary. Then you pulled the canal out of the bag...brilliant vid mate🍺👏👏😊

@@SlurpyDave254 cheers Dave, that sounds a brilliant trip. Not made it there but only 90 mins by train between the towns so doable for a day trip. La Cite is amazing and the bikes were a right bonus. Took 12,000 men over a decade to dig that canal, very impressive and you can boat holiday down that ⛴️ Definite Belgian influence to the beer, some great stuff in the shop but tough pickings in the bars 🍻
