This is indeed a blast from the past! My Card in a Box videos really took off and then I was seeing these cards all over the internet! I haven't made one since, actually! LOL We have some GORGEOUS new products coming out in our 2020 Mini catalogue and Sale-a-bration brochure that would be precious for a card in a box..hmmm, I may have to do another, hey? xx

I have watched several of these demonstrations for the card box and yours is the best. Very professional and easy to understand. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought they cut the paper wrong when you gave the 6 1/4" measurement later in the video. These cards are beautiful and I am off to make several of them today. Tina Weller Hi Tina, absolutely LOVE this tutorial, and I can't wait to try out! As others have mentioned, I have seen lots of other tutorials for this type of Card, but yours is the easiest to follow so thanks for making the video .... glass of wine or not! lol .... personally I thought that C Long is most rude and why should you not have a glass of wine .... I am not a drinker myself (apart from Christmas ... and then only a glass or 2) but that is no ones business but yours ..... so you go girl .... have your wine

As for the wine, I'm just keepin' it real. Sometimes I may have water, or tea or whatever, and yes, even wine. Who cares? My motto is "Be true to thine ownself." So if the mood strikes me to make a video and wine is on the go (or whatever else) so be it. The focus should be my project, not what's in my glass! LOL Too funny.

56musicmom LOL - I wasn't planning on making a video at the time that I poured a glass of wine. I was just going to create and spend a nice evening stamping this card in the box. Then I thought I'd make a video of the card in the box at the same time. Had I known this video would have been as popular as it is I would have taken the time to do my hair! Hello, Thank you for the tutorial! Are you supposed to cut down to 6" or 6 1/4"? It looks like and you said cut at 6 inches, then shortly after it says 6 1/4. Thank you! Can't wait to make this!

Jenny, thank you so much for catching this and mentioning it to me. You are indeed correct. The final cut should be 6" (with the 2 3/4 score line along the left side), not 6 1/4". I've edited the correction in the video description. HAPPY STAMPING!
