My 5 yr old grandson is watching with me & said you make beautiful cards. Then he said “wow that’s a lot of embossing powder” when you put it on the trees. Hahahaha he’s not used to seeing it in a tub like that! He loves the gems on the trees. Oh & he said you’re not allowed to scribble as you were coloring the door. Omg his commentary on this video was hilarious!

I have that house set from several years ago christmas kit. I add a slight light gray to highlight the bricks and door also. Used chrome pen for doorknob.

I love the door die, I have a very similar one brought out by Paper Discovery earlier this year and when you open it there is a Christmas scene. Takes ages to make but so worth it fir a special card.

Thank you for sharing these cards. I am a huge fan of interactive cards. The problem is, once I've made them for my friends & family, I need to step it up the next year. I need to keep postage costs down, since I was made redundant & so find many design ideas out there are just too big & bulky.
