I'm from LA County. If you want to sell your high end cards, I do 85% to 90% and if you want to trade your cards for some of mine that YOU are interested, I do 90-95% value for your cards. I sometimes do equal trade. Fair is fair. Forget these Frank and Son losers that offer 70% (what a fucking joke)

It's super risky when it comes to chasing down card stealers. Part of why cards are so valuable is because of the condition they are in. They are obviously flimsy compared to human might. So it would be rather hard to catch a card thief without bending the card
