Three years since PigCake, Sankey, 52Kards, and Ramsay got me into this crazy world of magic and I never had any motivation to work on seconds until this mother-swear-word video from the ridiculously generous Daniel Madison! Thank you, sir! 9♣️

My dad passed two years ago and I was in a dark place and by chance I stumbled upon a Chris Ramsay puzzle video and from there watched some of his magic videos which caught my attention. In one video he was using your Hellions deck and I decided to come on over to this channel to see what was up. Your vibe and your personality attracted me because of the dark space I was in at the time which gave me someone to latch onto to help pull myself out since you seemed to have a bit of an internal struggle going as well. Your speaking and mentality gave me two things to help myself get to a better place as well as one hell of a teacher of the new craft that I had picked up to keep my mind from wondering to an even darker place. I'd like to think we're in a small way kind of the same person. As your channel has lightened up and you've grown into this happier human I too have pulled myself from my dark place using your teachings and motivation to become a happier human being who now loves and adores the craft of magic that I now can use to help others in a similar place as we were. So for that sir I must thank you because indirectly you helped save me from myself and have now given me the chance to do that same for others. Fanks Daniel Madison. Thank you.

I love how you did it in KZbin. You dont want to REVEAL the tricks in 2 minutes. You explain it in detail for magicians. Cause a non-magician would not click on a 30 minute video to learn one trick, that's what only people who deal with magic do. You bring us small details that strengthen the basic trick. #FANKS

Won't make you laugh, but might make you smile. I've been learning magic for about 4-5 months. Last month I got married, nd we had playing cards as the wedding favours. It was the first time I'd been able to take my magic out of the front room and properly perform it. It's amazing how well it went. Tricks that I didn't think I'd got down well enough, were working. You taught me to act comfortable in dirty situations, and this really helped. I did ACR for a few people, some controls learned from your videos, others from TheRussianGenius Chris Ramsay and Alex Pandrea. I normally ended with a DPS, allowing the Susan's to shuffle the deck. When they looked up after shuffling it was stuck to my forehead. I took your advice of just trying stuff. It doesn't matter when you get caught out, because every mistake is a lesson. That night made me more passionate about learning magic and I've since been learning more intricate sleights. Thank you for your content. Send Susan my love. Xx

While not eligible for a laugh, I do want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and your ideas on, specially, the presentation and narrative of the performances. I have started learning magic about a year and a half ago as a way to cope for some hard times at work that was leading me to an almost-depression state. I, then, found some card trick tutorials at the internet and started learning some challenging double lifts and undercuts and for the first time in a couple of months I had that good feeling of discovery in my mind. It was renewing. Things made sense, trick mechanics and, specially, the way the performance is led was way more important than technique alone. I had that only false cut and a crooked double lift that I could do, but was able to get away by being confident and directing the attention of the audience to where I wanted. The way magic touches the human conscience is incredible and made me focus on something constructive, made me feel better with my self and gave something to lean onto. Magic is mind blowing, understanding how it works with the mind is even greater. Thank you Daniel Madison for being one of the trustworthy quality knowledge resources I was able to lean onto.

I watched the second deal promo, you are so clean with the deal that even with the face up card i was fooled😂. Great work, thank you for sharing. Not only is that content appreciated, but the comedic talent is so worth watching from beginning to end. Susan is such great spectator, but i think she's stalking you. I see her on most of your videos. And Charlie is a great bodyguard, you can hardly tell he's there. That effect you do with the mirrors is genius, it trips me out every time, it's like a misdirection. 😂😂😂. Thank you for your contributions to the community, God bless bro'gician...😂

This is the world's greatest knock knock joke. There are three elder brothers. They are 92, 94, and 96 years old. One day, the oldest brother is getting into a bathtub. He places his foot into the bathtub then pauses and shouts to his brothers saying, "Was I getting in or out of the bathtub?" The second oldest brother says, "I'll come take a look." He walks over to the stairs and sits in a mechanical chair and is about to press the button to go up when he pauses and asks, "Was I going up or coming down this escalator?" The youngest brother, who was listening the entire time, chuckles to himself. "I hope I never become that forgetful. Knock on wood." He knocks on the wooden desk he was sitting at and gets up saying, "I'll come help you both once I see who is at the door." :) Great video by the way!

And then comes the part where the man laying on the sofa learning card tricks hears that Daniel Madison is giving away two amazing decks of cards, he smiles, and says “bring it on!” After learning the trick, and the “bring it on” has finally settled in, he hears that he has to make him laugh, “crap!” He exclaims, realising he really isn’t that funny... He then makes his way to the comments just to try, and types “And then comes the part where the man laying on the sofa learning card tricks realises he’s gotten into a loop!” So he just finishes with two *rubbish* jokes: Why did the raven walk across the road? Because he didn’t fly across! And Why did the chicken cross the road? Because I needed a joke, and am not feeling inventive today! Fanx.

Dear Daniel: that's very nice, thank you. Another option for writing the prediction could be: "A Red 9 of Clubs" or "The red 9 of Clubs". So when you reveal it you act complacent that trick worked perfectly, but people are going to be thinking for a moment "wait, the 9 of Clubs is black, not red". So it seems that the word "red" refers to the face of the card. And then you show the back. So you get an additional "aha" moment. It's very similar, just a tiny different. Hope people like the idea.
