Functional is my piece of cake, thanks for the video! I make organizers all the time and decorate them with spackling paste from construction store over stencils and then varnish/paint it all. lately i started to add liners inside (smaller than the organizers boxes) so that my stuff is portable (easy to remove from the organizer for working with it somewhere else, especially if the organizer has been built in, fixed into place).
